Simple, easy to make recipesApr 05, 2011

I really do like this book. Unlike many cookbooks, just about all of the dishes here require a minimal number of ingredients, have a short prep time, and a short (under 30 minute) cooking time. If you're like me, and don't have a lot of time to cook, and have desire to buy a bunch of herbs, spices, veggies, and other stuff that you'll use for only one dish and never again, this would be an ideal book for you.
