Easy MealsJul 05, 2010
By Patricia Foley I have one of these cookbooks and like it a lot. When my daughter was visiting me, she read through it and picked out over 20 recipes for me to copy and send to her. I decided that it would be easier just to order her the cookbook. So I did and she likes it too!

Sent this to my nephew and his new bride as part of a care package a couple of months after they were married. You know, a -how are you, happy new apartment, welcome to the family, I understand not having time to cook with work and school etc - and they have used it and say they like it. The recipes are easy to follow, not terribly expensive and make the cook think about alterations for changing them into different recipes and also being brave to try new things. About care packages - I love to put them together and send them several times a year to two nephews, my great aunt and uncle and an aunt who lives alone. Try it. A friend or relative who loves you will love it.
